Sid’s an absolutely amazing guy to work with. Ordered a rose, and was able to talk with him to figure out the Exact shade and style I wanted. Insanely responsive and available. If you’re buying a dipped rose, this is by far the best person to buy from!!!

This is a great family owned business to deal with. The customer service and quality of products goes above and beyond expectations. I purchase a gold rose for my wife every year. This year when I placed an order Syd called me right away to offer me a different setup that better met my needs. Now that is customer service!!!

Oct 5th will be our 7th anniversary, and I was looking for a unique gift for my wife. Since she loves hourglasses I was determined to find one for her. After multiple searches, I had looked at tall hourglasses, medium hourglasses, short hourglasses, hourglasses made out of different types of wood, metal hourglasses and colored sands. With my eyes were crossed, head hurting and wondering if I'd ever find something that would 'WOW' me. Somehow during all of this I found LoveIsARose.com. AS copper or wool is the traditional gift for the 7th. When I found the Antique Copper Rose, I was 'WOWED'!! This was it, that perfect gift that I was looking for. After debating what color rose and heart to get, I selected the colors and began the ordering process. Silly me, once again I went to look at the colors and changed both the rose and heart. I added my message, entered my payment/shipping address and hit the place order button. I placed the order on Sept 18th and it shipped that day. It was delivered on Sept 22nd, after opening the shipping box and gently removing the rose from it's gift box, I unwrapped it. I immediately knew that this was the right gift. I recently ordered a family tree for an anniversary gift and I called with concerns of it not getting here on time. My order was still pending at that time. The gentleman I talked to assured me they were going to process the order that day. Well the next day I got my complete order. It was beautiful and I can not wait to give it to my mother/father in law. I really do appreciate the speedy delivery on my purchase. Will definitely take a box of tissues with me.
